Gone are the days of paying a membership and not really using it!!! FLOW isn't like any gym I've joined before - it's not just a gym. All levels of fitness and everyone accepted and part of the team - it's a welcoming environment just for starters. The team are attentive and adapt workouts to individuals and always available for advice and coaching if you're struggling or stuck with something. Check-ins are personal goal orientated, realistic, supportive and motivating. The support I've had whilst rehabbing through an injury has meant I'm still at the gym regularly and I'm so grateful to the coaches for that. Now starting week 10. Hard work but I'm really enjoying the workouts. The team are so helpful and if you struggle at all they are there to encourage you or change what the exercise is. I've never been in a gym before and can't see me going anywhere else. Well done The Flow Team Another 10weeks done. Well I am over the moon today I am just 10 weeks in to my fitness and healthy lifestyle journey with flow gym at west mersea . When I started this journey I was very unsure if it would be for me;l am a 65 year old lady who has never been in to working out each day. I was very unfit and have several different conditions to contend with; I am asthmatic / COPD, overweight and have palmoplantar pustules on my feet and a knee injury, that is very painful after having a couple of falls, and finding it difficult to get up let alone walk each day.

I am now starting to feel the benefits of regularly exercising and physios for my knee.

My posture is better. I have lost some weight 7kg and my knee is slowly getting better. I still have a very long way to go, but I now can see, what a difference doing exercise each day for 10 weeks has done for me. I am so motivated now to get healthy and fit. I wish I'd found "Flow" a lot sooner in my life.

Tom, Adam and Will, the trainers, are so excellent in guiding you through the exercises. I have nothing but praise for them in their whole approach to your well-being. My mental health has improved greatly and I feel like I am beginning to live my best life. I certainly could not have done this without these personal trainers. They have made such a big difference to my life.

I cannot thank them enough. If I did not start at Flow gym I would most certainly be in a wheelchair now as the pain was stopping me from moving. With their help and Tom's workout plan for me I am getting there . The progress is phenomenal and I can't wait to see what another 10 weeks will do for me. Loving my workouts but must remember to rest between each one and not say it was easy.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
